We want you to love your Chilly's products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Chilly's tubes and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
